Inclusive Minds Blossom fills a critical gap in Ghana's Autism Spectrum Disorders landscape — promoting understanding, acceptance and support for individuals with ASD and their families, with art as our signature tool.
Welcome to Inclusive Minds Blossom
With over 30 years of experience in the education sector, Elorm Kuenyehia Duah (Mrs.) has dedicated more than 24 of those years to the special needs sector. Her passion for empowering individuals with disabilities — particularly those with autism — has driven her to take on numerous roles that blend education, advocacy and art therapy.
What we do
Four connected areas of work — each one designed to help learners, families and educators thrive.
Our signature tool
For children with communication challenges, a paintbrush can say what words cannot. We use art as a bridge to communication, emotional development and confidence — turning every session into a chance to be understood.

How it works
Creative art sessions that help learners express themselves, improve focus and build emotional regulation.
Structured routines and individualised schedules for children with autism to support communication and independence.
Hands-on training modules for educators, teaching assistants and volunteers in special needs techniques.
Helping families understand autism, manage behaviours and implement supportive home routines.
Why choose us
With over 30 years devoted to education and special needs development, Elorm's work reflects a powerful blend of experience, advocacy and heartfelt philosophy — from teaching in rural communities to leading major special education institutions.
Through public engagement, media advocacy and international training in Ghana, Denmark, Israel and the UK, she amplifies awareness and champions the rights of persons with disabilities.
